Our Team
Sandra Schuckenbrock
Sandra Schuckenbrock is a licensed producer with her CISR designation has been with Oswald Crow in Bowling Green since the beginning of 2019. She attended high school at Lee’s Summit North and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences from University of Missouri – Columbia in 2014. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, being involved with St. Clement Church activities, and coaching Track & Field for Bowling Green high school.
Tracy McNally
Tracy McNally is Accounting Supervisor for the agency based out of the St. Joseph office. She has been working part time with the agency for a year and is now working full-time. Tracy grew up on a family farm outside of Chillicothe and attended high school in Chillicothe, MO. She received a B.S. degree in Agricultural Business from MWSU with a General Business minor. She also completed a master’s degree in educational School Counseling from NWMSU and took the necessary classes to set for the CPA exam, then the courses needed to become a Business Teacher. Tracy was a soil conservation agent during college with USDA, then a Tax Auditor for MoDOR after college prior to becoming a teacher the St. Joseph Missouri School district where she taught Business for 18 years and was a Professional School Counselor for 7 years.
Tanya McMurdo
Tanya McMurdo Is a licensed agent and works at our Monroe City office and has been with Oswald Crow Agency for 10 years.
When she’s not at work she loves to hang out with her friends and family.
Ashley Gayler
Ashley Gayler is a licensed producer and CSR in our Rock Port office. She grew up in Rock Port and graduated from Rock Port High School in 2019. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business from Peru State College in 2023. After obtaining her college degree, she began working for Oswald Crow Agency in May of 2023. When not working, Ashley enjoys reading books and hanging out with her husband and three dogs.
Laura Nitcher
Laura Nitcher is Operations Manager for the agency. Laura has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience in Commercial Insurance. She grew up in Wellsville, KS and has an Associate’s in business administration. Laura and her husband live in historic home on the river bluff. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time at Lake of the Ozarks with her grandkids, family and friends.
David Hurst
David Hurst, a licensed agent and CSR in the Saint Joseph office, joined Oswald Crow in 2024 after a lengthy career in the insurance industry serving roles in underwriting, training, and Product management. David and his wife, Barb, spend time traveling, spending time with their 8 grandchildren and are very busy with friends, family and activities at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Kristina Keim
Kristina Keim is a licensed agent at the St. Joseph office, bringing six years of experience in the personal insurance industry. She graduated from Eudora High School and holds a diploma in Agriculture and Veterinary Assisting. Kristina also attended both the University of Kansas and Kansas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, reading.
Steve Showalter
Steve Showalter is a sales agent in the Columbia office. Steve has been in ag sales his entire career and has sold insurance for the past 14 years. Steve and his wife grew up and lived in NW Mo until 2013 when they relocated to Columbia. When Steve is not working, he enjoys watching MU sports and playing golf.
Josie Dubbert
Josie graduated from Mizzou with a communications degree in 2016. She worked in operations management at a construction company for three years before starting with Oswald Crow in 2019. She’s been in insurance for six years and earned her CISR designation in 2021. Her focus has been crop insurance for the past three years. She lives in the Midway area of Columbia with her husband, daughter, son, and their dog, and spends her free time playing with her kids, going to the gym, and reading a good book.
Taylor Bainter
Taylor Bainter has been a CSR in the Monroe City office since 2021. While her main focus at Oswald Crow is crop insurance, she is also licensed in personal and commercial lines. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching/attending sporting events.
Destanie Rucker
Destanie Rucker joined Oswald Crow Agency in October 2024. She has been in the insurance industry for three years. She grew up in West Central Iowa, and has resided in Bedford, IA for the last 9 years, raising her two children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and traveling back home to see family and friends.
Ashley Hillyard
Ashley Hillyard is a licensed agent and lives in Richmond, MO with her husband, Beau, 2 cats and 1 dog. We moved here from Maryville, MO. Ashley loves being able to work for a smaller/rural community since she herself is from a small town Clearmont, MO. In her spare time she enjoys camping, walking, and spending time with family. Ashley enjoys helping people with their insurance needs and looks forward to doing it for a long time.
Valerie Gilmer
Valerie Gilmer is a licensed agent working in our personal lines department. Valerie lives on a farm with my husband and children. Her activities include following their children to their extensive list of extra-curricular activities. She also enjoys quilting and spending time with friends and family.
Justin Shirley
Justin Shirley is a licensed producer in our Hamburg office, specializing in crop, livestock, farm, commercial, and personal lines of insurance. Justin has been with Oswald Crow for 2 and a half years and has 13 years of industry experience. He is a Sidney High School graduate and has a bachelor’s degree in communication and political science from Simpson College. Justin has a wife (Randi) and two children (Jack 8 and Brodi 3). Justin is the current Mayor of Sidney Iowa and is involved in several volunteer groups and non-profits centered around community betterment. When not at the office, you can find Justin at the ball field coaching baseball and football.
Pat Zach
Pat Zach is a licensed agent for Personal Lines, Life and Health and has worked with OC since January 2012. She has been in the insurance industry since 2008. Pat is a proud mom of one son, who is a pharmacist, and a grandmother to two twins. She is a member of the United Faith Church in Sidney, having served as past Financial Secretary on various committees and a longtime member of the Sidney American Legion Auxiliary and served as a member of the Sidney Iowa rodeo Queen Committee for 10 years. Pat is a huge fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and a season ticket holder of the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. When she is not working she spends her time with her spoiled Australian Shepherd Harley and enjoys fall, and listening to 50-60’s music and 90’s country.
Kim Travis
Kim Travis – a licensed producer and CSR in the Hamburg location. I have been with Oswald Crow Agency since 2016. Graduated from Rock Port Mo. High school and was in medical billing for 25 years. Decided to change ventures and got my P & C license with Oswald Crow in 2016. I love gardening, walking/jogging, and especially watching grandkids in their sports activities. Favorite food is pizza, favorite movie is Titanic, favorite book the Bible, favorite color green and favorite sport college football (Huskers) GO BIG RED!
Curt Graham
Curt Graham is a licensed producer in our Rock Port office. Curt started with Oswald Crow in 2021. He attended Rock Port R-II High School and Northwest Missouri State University. Curt has an extensive background in agriculture and prior insurance experience before joining the team at Oswald Crow. When Curt is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to live music, traveling, and sports.
